Portsmouth complete Cole signing

The BBC are reporting Andy Cole has put pen to paper on a 2 year deal thought to be around £40k per week.

While Manchester City wanted to keep the player, he had expressed a desire to join Portsmouth.

The fee is thought to be around £1m part of which is appearance based.
