We survived phone hell.....and have tickets
After 1 and a half hours of phone hell trying the published Ticket Master number for Portsmouth FA Cup Semi final tickets we did a bit digging and found some alternate numbers that may help.
The number I got through on was 0161 385 3211, this number may be for West Brom fans but you CAN buy Portsmouth end tickets. Took me 5 minutes of trying this number rather than the 0844 one published.
Process takes awhile, and gives threats of cancelling tickets if your not on the Portsmouth ticket database (Lets hope they updated my address details) but it works.

The big problem is if you're trying to get tickets on behalf of a friend/relative who doesn't have a credit or debit card (like my younger brother). I had to put in MY Billing details and at no time was I asked for the client id number. Which means, as a STH, I'll likely get the order cancelled and blacklisted for the final (if we make it). Going to have to try and get through to the ticket office at 9am... shambles!

Steve, hope you can get it sorted for your friends but your right it has been a bit of a disaster. If I hadnt found those alternate numbers I'm sure I would have been disapointed and not managed to get tickets. Which would of been extra annoying considering I could have got them as I was at Man United for the quarter final but didnt have both of my ticket stubs.
