Portsmouth manager Harry Redknapp is demanding more from his players so they can avoid another embarrassing defeat.
Although Chelsea have world class players all over the pitch, Redknapp was angry that his side was rolled over far too easily in the 4-0 hammering at Stamford Bridge last week.
With another of the top four next up things are not going to get much easier for Redknapp as Manchester United are Fratton Park's first visitors on Monday night.
Last season Pompey were unbeaten at home against the top four at home, something Harry is keen to continue this season, although it's not expected that Pompey to match the superstars of United although Redknapp is demanding more from his team.
"We need to work as hard or harder than they do – there's no other way to beat Manchester United." Told the Official Portsmouth FC Website
"If you think you can go out and out-play them then you're in for a rude awakening. You've got to match their work-rate.
"We didn't do that last week against Chelsea and that's why we were well beaten. People talked about their amazing football but they also out-worked us all over the park.
"We've got to get back to what we're good at – being a hard-working team.
"Manchester United are a fantastic team and it's always a difficult game. You've always got to be at your best if you want to get anything out of the game.
"They're full of movement and great passing but we're looking forward to the game. It's always difficult to come and play under the lights at Fratton Park.
"We didn't lose to any of the Big Four at home last year and if we can do that again this year, then we'll be delighted."
