Think its still his ankle, saying that the team we put out yesterday was a mystery to most of us.

It was a surprise for me to. It could be he is in Zagreb at the moment for the Croatia game against Norway Wednesday, but I doubt that. Hope his ankle is allright, an injury is never fun.

Verry pitty it was a draw yesterday!

He played well in in Rijeka, vs Norway and was involved with both goals for Croatia with assist to Modric for 2nd

ZGbluesman, thank you for the videos  I'm a Niko Kranjcar fan and I felt bad that I didn't see their match against Norway.  It was awesome to see those two goals.   Fe (Arizona, U.S.)

Hi!  Did you see the Croatia-Macedonia match for the Euro 2008?  I'm glad Srna and da Silva scored to win 2-1 against Macedonia.  Kranjcar made some attempts that were blocked by the GK.  What did you think of Niko's performance?

Just as well he's not English, if he were he would stand no chance of playing international football playing for Pompey.

That was an awesome goal.  I watched it over and over and over again.

I wonder why Niko didn't start for their recent matches against Man U and Newcastle.  He  came in as a sub at the end of both matches.  I'm glad they won although I was hoping Niko would play more.

Yes, I was so happy to! Oh man, I still don't know if the goal against Arsenal really was offside. We could have been in the UEFA cup !

    Re: Niko Kranjcar

It wasnt off side, while there was a Pompey player in an offside position, it was an Arsenal player that the ball bounced off which played put the ball on side.

Looks like he's finally getting used to the EPL? Probably a bit slow still...eh? But with a goal and a penalty on him it was good effort...getting ready for Croatia's game Vs. Israel that we need to win.YesBig Smile

    Re: Niko Kranjcar

Well he's keeping out fans favourite Matty Taylor, but yes he is certainly getting used to the Premier League, I can at least now see why we bought him.

As for the  Croatia's game Vs. Israel I'll back whatever result is best for England :-)   Saying that neither Croatia or Israel winning is really good for us, and neither is the draw.
