Who will be the next manager to get sacked in the premiership?

Now good old Jose has gone, who's next? I guess Martin Jol is favourite, but I have a feeling he'll hang on in there at least for a few more weeks. I think top of my list has to be Gareth Southgate - Middlesborough just seem completely apathetic this season ,and just lost 2:0 again.

What are your thoughts?

Its a really tough one, at half time in the Spurs match yesterday I thought that was it for Jol, losing your 125th centeniery match by 4-1 isnt going to keep you a job, but the draw I think has stopped that for a week or two.

Personally I think its going to be one of Jol, Grant, Davies or perhaps as you said Southgate.

You both it wrong there Smile Millwall and Norwich have both dumped thier managers this week, leads me to a question - do you have to take exams and that to be a manager?

Well neither Millwall or Norwich are Premier league teams.  But to manage in the Premier League you need a UFEA Pro licence which is why when Avram Grant was appointed at Chelsea caused a bit of a stir since he doesnt have it.  Older managers when the rule was brought in were allowed to continue without the coaching badge but newer manager require it.

If you dont have it you get 12 weeks to pass the exams (Which takes around 6 months of study), or the Premier League clubs can vote to allow them to continue.
