Ok I know its a different kind of Football but England beating the Aussies has done the country proud, we can now say we are one of the top 4 Rugby nations in the world.

 Not quite sure I would go that far, the IRB ranking say England are 7th and I think thats a fair estimation of where we are in the world game.

 What a game though, I was on the edge of my settee - bring on Les Blue on saturday night, you know what England just might retain the World Cup!

I agree one of the best matches i think ive seen. Some brutal tackles indeed. Especialy to those aussies, i dont really like them! On the edge game definatley!

If your looking at IRB rankings then we are still a pile of c**p but I was being a bit tongue in cheek, we are in the last 4 of the world cup, so we are part of the best 4 teams in the world.

I know you can never really say that about someone who reaches the final of a major competition, would you say Greece were the best football side in Europe a while ago, no, but the did win a major competition.
