I tried and failed today should of seen the alternate number on here but I didnt.  Oh well down the pub for me then 

No we called the alternative number spent nearly an hour and a half wasting my time on the published one, either constantly engaged or on the 4 times I actually managed to get through to the menu, picked buy a ticket and got "All our operators are engaged, go away"
